COLUMBIA. . .Mary Giles Rollins Holland, a resident of Columbia, died late Saturday night, July 20, 2019, at her home. She was 83.
? Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 23, 2019, in the First Baptist Church of Columbia with Pastor Vann Cooley and Reverend Joey Hudspeth officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbia City Cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the church sanctuary
? Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Columbia, P.O. Box 267, Columbia, AL 36319.
? Mrs. Holland was born and reared in Columbia and was a graduate of the Houston County High School. She was the daughter of the late Frank Giles Blackwell and Nellie May Seal Blackwell. Mrs. Holland was reared by C. L. and Grace Williams in Columbia. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Columbia. Mrs. Holland lived in the south Florida area forty years before returning to Columbia in 1996. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Earl Rollins and Jack Hollnd.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Rodney Rollins (Gwen), West Palm Beach, Florida; and Johnny Rollins (Maria Burnley), Columbia; two grandchildren, Daniel Rollins and Joseph Rollins; a sister, Barbara De Pasquale, The Villages, Florida; and a brother, Don Blackwell (Margie), Artesia, Mississippi; special friend, Maria Burnley; brother-in-law, Roy Rollins (Pam), Parkland, FL.
