MARY HARRISON HUFF
DOTHAN…Mary Harrison Huff, a resident of Dothan, died early Tuesday afternoon, March 26, 2013, in Westside Terrace. She was 91.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 29, 2013, in the Memory Hill Cemetery, in Dothan, with Reverend Kyle Gatlin officiating. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the mortuary in Headland.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 100 Chase Park 220, Birmingham, AL 35244.
Mrs. Huff was born and reared in Houston County, near Pansey, daughter of the late James Monroe Harrison and Lula Robinson Harrison. She lived in Dothan all her adult lifetime and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Huff was also a member of the Heart of Dixie African Violet Club. She was formerly employed as lunchroom manager at Highlands Elementary School in Dothan. Mrs. Huff was preceded in death by her husband, Terrell E. Huff, and all her sisters and brothers.
Surviving relatives include four sons, Edwin Huff and wife, Bessie, New Carlisle, OH; Raymond M. Huff and wife, Brenda, Dothan; Jerry Huff and wife, Genevieve, Panama City, FL; Robert Huff and wife, Cindy; Dothan; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
