Mary Helen (DeLee) Bridges, 87, a resident of Dothan passed away, Friday, June 21, 2024, at Graceville Health Center following an extended illness.

Mary was born June 21, 1937, in LaFayette, Alabama to the late Cornelius Henry & Mary Magdeline (Worthy) DeLee. The early years of her life were spent in LaFayette, before moving to south Alabama in her later years. She was self-employed as a house cleaner, loved cooking, karoking, and deeply loved her family. Mary was of Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Joe Bridges, and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Chumney of Dothan; two grandchildren, Cecilia Ristau (Todd), and Chris Gilbert both of Cottonwood; four great-grandchildren, Mason, Austyn, Taylor, and Dalton.

Per her wishes, no services will be held at this time.
