Mary Jane Etheridge Moyer, a resident of Midland City, went to sleep in death in Jehovah God’s memory at her residence on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. She was 75.

Funeral services will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Allen Donelli officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3-4 pm.

Mrs. Moyer was born on February 12, 1941 in Barbour County and lived the early years of her life in the Elamville Community. She moved to Dale County in the early 1950’s and was employed with Jack’s Pharmacy for over 30 years as a Pharmacy Technician until her retirement in 2013. Mrs. Moyer loved cooking and making wedding cakes for her family and friends. She enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. She was blessed to have two amazing loves of her life. Richard B. Etheridge and they married February 15, 1980 and John K. Moyer, and they married December 8, 2013. Mrs. Moyer was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Survivors include her 2 sons, Alan (Bette) Moore and Tommy (Rebekah) Moore; her 3 daughters, Amelia (Tom) Pryor, Teresa (Randy) Hendricks, and Connie (Anusorn) Saetang; her grandchildren, Joshua (Tara) Pryor, Selena (Jerrod) Wood, Lee (Chelsea) Hendricks, Alexia (Will) Gamble, Hannah Saetang, Ty Saetang, Shasta (Jeff) Ward, Tiffany McCardle, Brandy (Raymond) Lowe, Timothy (Laura) Moore, Aaron (Elizabeth) Moore, Teresa (Bryan) Hampton, Angela Snow, Amanda Pierson, Brigett Davenport, Devan Mose, Nicholas Mose, and Betsy Mose; 18 great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Curtis Garner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
