Mary June Moseley of Geneva, AL passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was 86 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2023, at Maple Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Hall and Minister Douglas Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday beginning at 2:00 p.m.

June was born in Elba, AL on April 3, 1937 to the late William Leon and Lillie Mae Devane Maddox. June was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She worked for over 50 years in the banking industry.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Moseley; two brothers, Joe Lynn Maddox (Emily) and Roy Glenn Maddox (Dot); one son-in-law, Kim Brown; and one sister-in-law, Debbie Maddox.

She is survived by two sons, Claude Moseley (Twena) of Bonifay, FL, and Harold Moseley of Geneva, AL; one daughter, Carol Brown of Geneva, AL; grandchildren, Mark Johnson (Adra), Jaden Brown (Fiancé, Jonathan Brooks), Jared Moseley (Ashley) and Travis Moseley (Katie); great grandchildren, John Parker Johnson, Ellie Johnson, Brielle Moseley, Mia Moseley, Millie Moseley, Brooks Moseley, Brynlee Moseley, and Briggs Moseley; one brother, William Kimmey Maddox; a very special friend, Gene Ballard; and many nieces,  nephews and cousins.
