Mary Lou Harrison, a resident of Lovetown, passed away Friday afternoon, May 1, 2020 following an extended illness.


Graveside services for the family will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2020 at Love Hill Assembly of God Cemetery with Pastor Judy Dyson officiating.


Mary Lou was born September 16, 1949 in Houston County to Ben and Laura Mae Hicks Harrison and lived all of life in Houston County. She loved to go fishing with her family. She also enjoyed playing cards and watching her cowboy movies. Mary Lou was a member of the Shady Grove Congregation of Holiness Church.


She is predeceased by two brothers, Lewis B. Harrison and Otis Harrison.


Survivors include two sisters, Ruthe Mae Hobbs (Herman) of Lovetown and Martha Jean Johnson (Johnny) of Cottonwood; three brothers, Odell Harrison (Mae) of Blountstown, Florida, James Harrison (Sandra) of Marianna, Florida, Earl Harrison of Grangerburg; numerous nieces and nephews.
