Mrs. Mary “Louisa” (Bruner) Lee, 87, a resident of Dothan passed away, on Friday, June 7, 2024, at her residence following an extended illness.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 10, 2024, at Glover Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Ozzie Albies Foundation, P.O. Box 674433, Marietta, GA 30067-9997.

Louisa was born February 1, 1937, in Houston County to the late Willie C. & Leona (Miller) Bruner. She was a 1955 graduate of Cottonwood High School. Louisa worked as a secretary for Shealy Advertising for over 20 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Dothan.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Raymond Lee (Ray Lee); her parents; four brothers, Bob Bruner, Edwin Bruner, Joel Bruner, and Donny Bruner; and son-in-law, Chuck Waller.

She is survived by her son, Mark Lee of Cottonwood; her daughter, Linda Lee Waller of Ashford; three grandchildren, Justin Waller of Ashford, Ashley Waller of Montgomery, and Savannah Rae Lee of Dothan; three great-grandchildren, Bryce Waller, Conner Waller, and Jonathan Waller; a sister-in-law, Faye Bruner.
