Mary O’Neil Jay Crocker passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 after an extended illness. She was 74. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Earlytown Church of Christ Cemetery with Minster Harry O. Adkinson officiating and Pittman Funeral Home of Samson directing.
Ms. Crocker was born in Geneva County, Alabama on August 3, 1941 to the late Aubrey O’Neil and Lucy Lee Drinkwater Jay. She was a graduate of the Samson High School Class of 1959. Ms. Crocker retired from Fleming Foods after many years of service.
She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Crews (Marc) of Dothan; two sons, Will Crocker (Jennie) of Hartford and Jay Crocker (Amanda) of Samson; four grandchildren, Ethan Crews, Claire, Jemma and Danielle Crocker; one brother, Bobby Joe Jay (Gail) of Samson; one sister, Martha Zorn (Jimmy) of Samson; several nieces and one nephew.
