Michael Craig Dolar, a resident of St. Pete Beach, FL passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at his residence. He was 37 years old.

Funeral services will be 3 pm on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Fred Bacher officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

Craig was born July 5, 1980 in Homestead, FL and lived the early part of his life there. He moved to Dothan in 1991 and attended Wicksburg School and graduated from a private school. He joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 4 years living in Phoenix, AZ. He was employed with Honeywell in aerospace quality control and recently relocated to St. Pete Beach, FL. Craig loved to fish, spending time outdoors especially at the beach, and taking trips to snow ski.

Survivors include his father, Mike (Debbie) Dolar; his mother, Mary Beth (Daniel) Peterson; grandparents, Tommy and Margaret Dolar; sister, Kim Dolar; step-brother, Steven Edwards; uncles, Corby (Lisa) Dolar and Jim (Carol) Harris; several cousins, and a great-uncle and aunt.
