Mildred Aycock of Geneva, AL passed away Friday, November 22, 2024, at E & L Assisted Living.  She was 84 years old.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 25, 2024, at Friendship Community Cemetery Highway 27, Geneva, AL with Bro Keith Martin officiating and Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva, AL directing.

Mildred was born in Geneva County AL on September 4, 1940, to late Sanders and Gussie Aycock.  She was also preceded in death 4 sisters, Evelyn Thornton, Edna Wilson, Louise Teal & Mavis Starislav and 3 brothers, Richard, Roy and Ray Aycock.

Mildred was the office manager at Van Heusen Factory of Geneva, AL until its closing.  Her avid love for reading led her to work as a Librarian at Emma Knox Kenan Public Library until her retirement.

Mildred is survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of great and great great nieces and nephews.
