Miss Jennifer Nichole Parrish, a resident of Ozark, passed away at the age of thirty-four on Saturday, December 28, 2019.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 3, 2020, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Pastor Mike Shiver officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Friday from 12:30 P.M. until service time.
Jenny was born February 21, 1985 at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida and grew up in Fort Walton Beach. Jenny was a loving mother who derived her greatest joy from daughters Alyssa and Yazmin. She was a very loving and caring person who thoroughly enjoyed helping others. Her infectious smile and lively personality lit up any room she entered; allowing her to easily make friends, ultimately leaving a long trail of lives touched by kindness and genuine love. Her bright light was extinguished far too early for us to understand, but a flicker of her will remain in all those she came into contact with. Jenny was preceded in death by her sister Danielle Marie Foley.
She is survived by her daughters, Alyssa Palmer and Yazmin Palmer; their father, Rod Palmer of Ozark; her mother and step-father, Carol and Joe Kramer of Ozark; her father and step-mother, Tony and Sandi Parrish of Prattville; sisters, Heather Robinson (Dion) of Ozark and Hannah Bobo (Webb) of Montgomery; brother, Tyler Parrish of Prattville; aunts and uncles, Lynne and Bill Rowe of Paxton, Florida, Marie and Tom Ballow of Montgomery, Marsha and Bruce Chase of New Albany, Pennsylvania, Rhonda and Mike Bruhn of Ozark; nieces, Keyli Robinson and Kyra Robinson; nephew, Nicholas Moat. Several cousins and extended family also survive.
Flowers will be accepted. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Jenny’s memory to The Lovelady Center of Birmingham, Alabama; (https://www.loveladycenter.org/portal/donate-now-secure).
