Charles “Tince” Temples, a resident of Ashford, died Friday December 28, 2012 at Crowne Healthcare of Eufaula. He was 74.
Funeral services for Mr. Temples will be held at 2 PM Sunday December 30, 2012 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Rev. Jimmy Bolin officiating. Burial will follow at Ramah Primitive Baptist Church with Southern Heritage directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Temples was born in Houston County June 29, 1938 to the late John and Eula Mae Smith Temples and was a lifelong resident. He worked and retired from Houston County Road and Bridge as a Heavy Equipment operator. Mr. Temples was an avid gardener and enjoyed working in his yard.
Mr. Temples is preceded in death by two sisters, Lillian Reynolds and Betty Temples; five brothers, J.C., Little John “Bo”, Howard, Wilson and L.T. Temples.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Temples, Ashford, two daughters, Teresa Temples, Dothan, Tammy Wilson and her husband, Troy, Abbeville; stepson, Kevin Zachary, Mobile; grandchildren, Jerica Wilson Agrella, Chesley Wilson; great grandchild, Rylan Agrella; sister, Marguerite Vines, Smiths Station; brother, Buck Temples and his wife, Erma, Ashford.
Pallbearers will be; Glenn Temples, Wallace Reynolds, Steve Reynolds, John Temples, Jason Temples, Chris McCardle and Jesse Sirmons.
