   Mr. Daniel Allen Wallace, a resident of Ozark, went home to his father, Jesus Christ, early Wednesday morning, October 9, 2024, at his home. He was 59 years old.


   A memorial service for Mr. Wallace will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 13, 2024, from Post Oak Baptist Church with Reverend Keith Reynolds and Reverend Bill Hart officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.


   Mr. Wallace was born July 1, 1965 in Ozark, Alabama to Nina Vivian Ziglar Wallace and the late Terry Daniel Wallace. He graduated from Carroll High School in 1983 and was a member of the Carroll Eagles football team where he played full-back. He attended Wallace Junior College and later joined the United States Navy where he served in the Nuclear Division on the U.S.S. Enterprise.


   Mr. Wallace met and married Pat Nicholson in 1991 and they were stationed in Newport News, Virginia. They moved back to Ozark where he was employed with Lockheed Martin as a Missile Technician and traveled the world. He was very fond of his last job at Dale County Lake. Mr. Wallace was an avid Alabama fan who loved to read and collect coins. He Adored his children and his granddaughter, Phoenix Rose. He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Wallace; and his brother, Dennis Wallace. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Pat Nicholson Wallace of Ozark; one daughter, Mackenzie Rose Herberth (Daniel) of Orlando, Florida; one son, Connor Alexander Wallace of Ozark; his mother, Nina Ziglar Wallace; one grandchild, Phoenix Rose Herberth; one brother, Darren Andrew Wallace (Luna) of Ozark; one sister, Dana Alison Virone (Shane) of New Market, Alabama; one niece, Olivia Virone; two nephews, Joseph Virone and Tristan Virone; special aunts and uncles, Glenda and Andy Kraeger, Thomas Wallace, Mary Horn and his cousin, Traci Hart.


   Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in his memory to Post Oak Baptist Church, 4108 North Union Avenue, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
