David Clark, a dedicated and hardworking truck driver for over ten years, passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 57 in Ozark, Alabama. Born on May 4, 1966, in Dothan, Alabama, David was the beloved son of Larry Clark and Charlotte Parrish.
David’s passion for truck driving began early in his life and he pursued it with unwavering determination. He traversed countless miles on the open roads, delivering goods and services to various destinations. His commitment to his profession was remarkable and he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues throughout his career.
Beyond his professional life, David had a wide range of interests that brought him joy. He found solace in riding horses through picturesque trails and casting his fishing line into calming waters. The great outdoors was his sanctuary, where he enjoyed camping adventures with friends and family. However, nothing brought him more happiness than spending quality time with loved ones.
David’s educational journey started at Slocomb High School before furthering his studies at Haney Technical College. He was dedicated to expanding his knowledge and skills, allowing him to excel not only in his career but also in other aspects of life.
One of David’s proudest accomplishments was owning his own construction company for five years. He poured his heart and soul into building a successful business that left an indelible mark on the community. Through hard work and determination, he forged a path of success that served as an inspiration to those around him.
David will forever be remembered as a loving father to his daughter Cheyenne Justice Pippins, Panama City, FL. David also leaves behind his brother Larry Wayne Clark (Kristi Faulk) of Ashford as well as his cherished grandchildren Audri, Ellycia, Robert, and Xander.
