OZARK…. Mr. David DeBlare, a resident of Ozark, died Tuesday afternoon, February 19, 2019 in a Dothan hospital. He was 52.


            A private memorial service will be held at a later date with burial in Wisconsin. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.


            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.


            Mr. DeBlare was born September 3, 1966 in Madison, Wisconsin. He formerly lived in Beaver Dam, WI and Sturgeon Bay, WI before moving to Ozark in 2014. Mr. DeBlare was previously employed with McDonald’s in Ozark and currently working at Publix in Enterprise. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. DeBlare was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara A. Klug (DeBlare) and his grandparents, Elaine Scott (William) and Henry DeBlare (May).


            Surviving relatives include his children, David M.J. DeBlare, Brandan A. Belanger (Molly), Jonathan M. DeBlare (Ashley) and Alycia M. Cox (Steven); father, Dave Klug (Sara); three sisters, Jennifer DeBlare, Mary Moreno, and Julie Cook; a brother, Travis Cook; four grandchildren, Logan Riley, Charlee DeBlare, Dallas Cox, Noah Cox and one on the way, Mason Cox; mothers of his children, Terry Kosloski, Margaret Belanger, and Stacy Young; several nieces and nephews; dear friend, Jeff Young..
