Dennis Ernest Slongo, a resident of Dothan, died Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Southeast Health Medical Center. He was 77.

 

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Cloverdale United Methodist church with Dr. Ernie Gray officiating.

 

Dennis was born in New York to the late Ernest and Harriett Slongo. He was a Finance Manager in the Automobile industry  prior to his retirement. He enjoyed trips to the casino and playing on his tablet.

 

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Lois Slongo.

 

Survivors include his wife, Roberta “Bobbie” Slongo; children, Crystal Gibson (Ken), Alison Tomlinson (Nick), Jessica Boyd, Angela Fisher, Jeffrey Smalley; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
