Mr. Edward Ingram, age 86, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Thursday morning, April 17, 2014 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. 


Funeral services for Mr. Ingram will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jimmy Hornsby officiating.  Interment will be held at Salem-Seminole Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  


Mr. Ingram was born in Iron City, GA on February 9, 1928 to Joseph Ingram and Alfla Bean Ingram.  He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a timber manager until his retirement.  Mr. Ingram was a member of Salem-Seminole Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. 


He leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Dale Ingram of Warwick, GA; two daughters, Debbie Spooner and her husband Luke of Donalsonville, GA and Brenda Moulton and her husband Roy Moulton, Jr. of Ashford, AL; as well as three grandchildren, Laura Croom, Leslie Ingram, and Mike Webb.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. 


Mr. Ingram was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Ingram and Alfla Bean Ingram; his wife, Mary Ellen Elkins Ingram; and several brothers and sisters.
