Mrs. Esther Victoria Ruiz Phelps, age 77, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday October 15, 2015 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday October 26, 2015 at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Troy West officiating. Burial will follow in the Memory Hill Cemetery with Kendall Glover directing.

The family will be receiving friends at Glover Funeral Home on Monday October 26, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Flowers will be accepted.

Glover Funeral Home of Dothan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
