Jack Batch, a resident of Dothan, died Monday, August 20, 2012 at his residence. He was 75.

Graveside services for Mr. Batch will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11 AM Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Batch retired from the Tarpon Springs GTE as a cable splicer and moved to Dothan in 1994 where he worked for American Classifieds.

Survivors include his wife, Myrna Batch, Dothan, AL; 2 sons, John Richard Batch, Charleston, SC and Jeff Gaines, New York, NY; daughter, Sandra Steedly, Dothan and a grandson, Jay Steedly.
