Mr. James Freeman Laduew, a resident of Ozark, died Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at his home. He was 84 years old.
Funeral services for Mr. Laduew will be graveside 3:00 P.M. Saturday, November 13, 2021, in Hawridge Cemetery at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Ronald Wheat will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.
Mr. Laduew was born February 18, 1937 in Rochester, New York to the late James Floyd Laduew and Vivian Beatrice Depew Laduew. He served in the United States Navy for twelve years. Following his military service, he worked with the United States Postal Service for twenty-eight years. Mr. Laduew loved to read, watch westerns on television and to fishing. He especially loved his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Jeanelle Bruner Laduew; one daughter, Kara Michelle Laduew; one sister, Dawn Laduew; and one brother, Calvin Laduew.
Survivors include two daughters, Lavell Watson and Pam Perez both of Pensacola, Florida; two sons, Michael Laduew of Ozark and Ronald Wheat (Jessica) of Panama City, Florida; and one sister, Vivian Laduew of Rochester, New York.
