            Mr. James Gordon Caddell of Dothan, AL passed away on October 12, 2013.  He was 67. 

            Graveside services with full military honors will be at 11:00 am Friday, October 18, 2013 at Level Plains Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at Sorrells Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:30 until 7:30 pm. 

            Mr. Caddell was born March 14, 1946 in Darlington, SC to the late James Leslie and Minnie Lucille Blackman Caddell.  He served 26 years in the U.S. Army, including 3 tours to Vietnam.  He also worked 13 years in maintenance at AFS.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 son, Matthew, and 1 grandson, Hudson Darnell. 

            Survivors include his wife: Carol Ann Caddell, Dothan; 3 sons: James Caddell (Siu), Maryland, Timothy Caddell (Elena), Enterprise, John Caddell (Kristan), Enterprise; 2 daughters: Janice Kiser (Thomas), Arizona, Brandy Green (Rick), Dothan; 4 brothers: Colon Caddell (Sadie), Georgia, Walter Caddell, North Carolina, David Caddell (Gail), Florida, Tommy Caddell (Shannon), Florida; 10 grandchildren; 3 special friends: Janet Stotz, Edward Cote, Dawn Bishop.
