Mr. James Hubert Kelley of Geneva passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018. He was 80. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Kelley was born on June 26, 1937, to the late Clarence and Madie Kelley. His passion was fishing and he would spend every opportunity pursuing his favorite pastime. He was preceded death by his brother, Reggie Larue Kelley.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jeanette Kelley of Geneva; one daughter, Betty, and husband, Dale Wingard, of Mobile; five grandchildren, Veruschka Guy, Zachary Phillips, Zale Phillips, Joe Wingard, and Audrey McDaniel; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Karin Snellgrove; and one brother, Roland Kelley.
