Mr. James H. Whitley, age 91, a resident at Signature Healthcare in Graceville, FL passed away Monday, July 1, 2019.

Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Greenwood Cemetery in Panama City, FL. with Reverend Addis Habbard officiating.

Mr. Whitley is survived by his wife Patricia Whitley, daughter Kathryn Whitley Lewis (Jim) and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
