Mr. John Wesley Hughes “JW”, age 83, of Dothan, passed away at SEAMC on Saturday, July 23, 2016, surrounded by his family.             

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Terry Hayes and Ed Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.                                   

The family will receive friends from 2 PM until 3 PM, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years Louise C. Hughes, children Rhonda Hatcher, Phillip Hughes, Eddie Hughes, J. Wesley Hughes, Phyllis Smith, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
