OZARK… Mr. Keith Allan Stinson, a resident of Ozark, died early Monday afternoon, February 20, 2023, in a Dothan hospital. He was 66.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Faith Christian Center with Pastor Josh Sims officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the church.
Mr. Stinson, son of the late Bernard Clifford Stinson and Pauline Elizabeth Bass Stinson, was a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He moved to Ozark in 1998 and was retired from the City of Ozark as the manager of Ed Lisenby Lake. Mr. Stinson was a member of Faith Christian Center in Ozark. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah “Debbie” Gouge Stinson; mother-in-law, Jacklin Gouge.
Surviving relatives include his son, Charles “Charlie” Stinson, Ozark; two sisters, Diane Spann, Jacksonville, Florida and Cindy St. John (Kenny), Albany, Georgia; four brothers, Barry Wunder, Grange Wunder, Gary Wunder, and Clifford Stinson (Debbie), all of Jacksonville, Florida; relatives from the Gouge Family, father-in-law, Charles Gouge, brothers-in-law, Tim Gouge (Sonya), and Gary Gouge (Kathryn); sister-in-law, Lois Merritt (Daniel), all of Ozark; several nieces and nephews.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Kyle Gouge, Jacob Gouge, Brian Stinson, Jonah Lawson, Micah Lawson, and Daxley Seay.
