Mr. Kenneth Berry, Sr. of Samson, AL and formerly of Logan, OH, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021. He was 77. No services will be held at this time.

Mr. Berry was born in Columbus, OH on January 1, 1944, to the late Kermit and Permelia Saxton Berry.  Prior to his retirement, he worked as a deputy sheriff in Hocking County, OH, and he worked as an engineer for the State of Ohio.  Mr. Berry was a 32nd Degree Mason.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald Berry, Harvey Berry, and Kermit Berry; and a brother-in-law, Ronald Gillespie.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Berry of Samson; two sons, Kenneth Berry, Jr. of Florida, and Ronald L. Berry of Samson; daughter, Suzanne Cunningham (Buzzy) of Nelsonville, OH; two stepsons, Ronald L. Wallace of Grove City, OH, and David Eugene Wallace of Virginia Beach, VA; and two sisters, Laura Gillespie, and Jeanie Gillespie, both of Logan, OH.
