OZARK…Mr. Leonard J. Eller (Master Sergeant, United States Army, Retired), a resident of Ozark, died early Thursday morning, March 14, 2024, at his home. He was 81.
Graveside services, with full military honors, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Woodlawn Memory Gardens with Reverend Jeremy Meetze officiating. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends following the graveside services.
Mr. Eller, son of the late Johnnie R. Eller and Esther L. Criner Eller, was a native of Staunton, Illinois. He joined the United States Army following high school and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. Mr. Eller lived in various locations in the United States and overseas while serving in the United States Army before moving to Ozark in 1983. He was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Eller Muenstermann Hall.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Chong Sun Eller, Ozark; a nephew, Pat Muenstermann.
