Mr. Louie Gordon Weed of Fayetteville, TN, died Monday, July 13, 2020 in Pulaski, TN.

Louie was born February 11, 1943 in Eufaula, AL, and grew up in the Lawrenceville community of Henry County. He graduated from Abbeville High School in 1961. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the County Line Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund: c/o Mrs. Betty Calhoun, 898 County Rd. 37, Abbeville, AL. 36310, or to the American Cancer Society designated for liver cancer research.

Louie is survived by his wife, Brenda Tye Weed; son, Joel Weed and wife Angie; grandson, Dylan Weed of Summerville, SC; step-daughter, Michele Morris and husband Danny of Abbeville; two brothers, Warren Weed and wife Katherine of Homewood, AL; Bob Weed of Abbeville; step-granddaughter, Maranda Morris Jones and husband Zachary; step-great grandson, Lincoln Tye Jones of Eufaula; sisters-in-law, Margaret Tye Yance and husband Terry of Haleburg, AL; and Bobbie Tye of Headland, AL.
