OZARK…Mr. Frank Abbott, Jr. gained his angel wings, Sunday, January 7, 2024, surrounded by his loving family after a ten month long valiant fight with pancreatic cancer.
Frank was a Veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Troy Cable. He attended Bridlewood Chapel in Ozark.
Frank married Vicki Stewart in 1981. He is survived by Vicki, their three children, Jason (Valerie), Kristen (Brandon), and Matthew (Destiny); seven loving grandchildren, Coen, Camden, Robert, David, Elizabeth, Aryia, and Riley; siblings, Susan Abbott, Karen Abbott, Steve Abbott (Emily), and Jeff Abbott (Millie); brothers-in-law, Johnny Dunn (Edra) and Frank Fryer (Liz); sisters-in-law, Rita Peak (Sam), Jean Hall (Tommy), and Faye Stewart Miller; several nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Lyman and Barbara Abbott; brothers, Charles Abbott and Richard Abbott; sister-in-law, Vivian Abbott; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Ruby Stewart; nephews, Tom Hall and Chad Peak.
The family would like to thank Dr. Valasareddi, Brandy, Bailey, Regina and the staff of Southeast Health Cancer Center for their loving care given to our loved one and so many others they care for. Thanks to SouthernCare Hospice for their compassion and to Bridlewood Chapel Church.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.
