Myras Eugene Granberry, a resident of Cottonwood, died Friday, July 25, 2014 at his residence. He was 88.

 

Funeral services for Mr. Granberry will be held at 11 AM Friday, August 1, 2014 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Rev. Jimmy Bolin officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. of Olives cemetery in Cottonwood. The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Cottonwood Building Fund.

 

Mr. Granberry is survived by his wife June Granberry, Cottonwood; two sons, Philip and Gloria (Josie) Granberry, Alaska, Kenneth and Yvette Granberry, Florida; daughter, Nancy and Hugh Cameron, Tennessee; five grandchildren and one great grandchild; two brothers, Gerald and Betty Granberry, Wayne and Annette Granberry, all of Dothan.
