Mr. Jet Olen Linzey, a resident of Skippervile, Alabama, died Friday, May 15, 2020, at his home.  He was 72 years old.

A memorial service will be held for Mr. Linzey 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 20, 2020, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Southern Care Hospice Chaplain Lisa Eller officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.

Mr. Linzey was born August 28, 1947 in Winter Garden, Florida to the late Justice B. Linzey and Alpha Mae Hardy Linzey. He moved to Ozark in 2009. He worked as a welder most of his life and as a volunteer fire fighter for several years.  Mr. Linzey enjoyed salt-water fishing, hunting and was a certified diver.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Linzey.

Survivors include two daughters, Danielle Linzey and Nicole Linzey of Rochester, New York; four sisters, Mavis Sauls of Skipperville, Brenda Asbury of Washington, DC, Linda Parlour and Kay Keller both of Skipperville; two brothers, Randol Linzey and David Linzey both of Skipperville.  Twenty-two nieces and nephews also survive.
