 Obituary: Mr. Pablo Valverde Jr. 

 

Mr. Pablo Valverde Jr. of Hartford passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Flowers Hospital. He was 77. 

Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, July 11 at Sorrells Funeral Home chapel in Slocomb with Father Patrick Gallaher officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, beginning at 5:00 p.m. and continuing until service time. 

Mr. Valverde was born September 3, 1935 in San Isidro, TX to Pablo Valverde Sr. and the late Maria Avila Valverde. Pablo enjoyed farming, fishing and camping. He was a loving father and grandfather. 

In addition to his mother, one brother and two sisters preceded him in death. 

Survivors include, his father, Pablo Valverde, Green Acres, FL; children: Johnny Valverde, West Palm Beach, FL, Pablo Valverde III (Chato) wife, Fatima C. Valverde, Hartford, Ruben Valverde, Hartford, Jason Valverde, Dothan, Elizabeth Garibay, Hartford, Nancy Valverde, Del Ray, FL, Emma Jean Valverde, Dallas, TX; one sister, Susana Lopez, Green Acres, FL and one brother, Pebro Valverde, Moultrie, GA; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Victor Garibay, daughter-in-law, Anna Valverde and one step-grandson, Vinicius Da Cruz.
