Mr. Phillip Terrance Creel, Jr., age 52, a resident of Dothan, died early Thursday, May 9, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2024, at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Caleb Galloway officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham with Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will be receiving friends from 10:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. on Monday at Glover Funeral Home Chapel prior to services.

Terrance was born on August 25, 1971, in Dothan the son of Phillip Terrance Creel, Sr. and Lynne Hathcock Summerford.  He worked as a draftsman and an estimator in commercial construction for over 20 years.  Terrance was a 1990 graduate of Northview High School and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Dothan.  He enjoyed hunting, and coaching girl’s softball and loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Georgia Harmon Creel, Dothan; a son, Peyton Creel,(U.S. Army, Fort Polk, La.); two daughters, Jaci Creel, Pompano Beach, Fl. and Sophie Creel, Dothan; two brothers, Keith Creel (Reta), Dothan; Jonathan Creel, Los Alamos, N.M.; nieces and nephews, Grayson Creel, Taylor Creel, Eli Chadband and Harmon Chadband.

Pallbearers will be: Chris Gardner, Josh Harville, Jason Benefield, Chad Barrentine, Judd Barrentine and Stephen Davis.
