Mr. Ronald Eugene “Ron” Avery, 56, of Ozark, died Thursday evening, March 15, 2018.  


A private memorial service for Mr. Avery will be held at a later date.  Condolences may be expressed at www.HolmanFuneralHome.com 


 Mr. Avery was born March 31, 1961 in Goldsboro, North Carolina to the late James Henry Avery and Lollile Dorothy Myers Avery.  He was a 1979 graduate of Carroll High School in Ozark.  Ron worked in construction, loved to play darts, and was an avid Alabama fan.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Avery.


Survivors include his wife, Connie Hastings of Ozark; two daughters, Candyce Avery and Pam Walters both of Ozark; one sister and brother-in-law, Aggie and Randall Page of Ozark;  three brothers, Mike Avery of Ozark, Robert Avery of Panama City, and Wayne Avery of Ozark.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
