Mr. Terry Allen Hoffman, age 64, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday December 21, 2017 at his residence following an extended illness.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday December 26, 2017 at the Dothan First Church of Nazarene Church with Reverend Kevin Knight officiating.

The family will be receiving friends from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Tuesday prior to services at the church.  Dothan Police Honor Guard will provide Honors.  In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Wiregrass Humane Society, P.O. Box 1045, Dothan, AL. 36302

Mr. Hoffman was born on October 14, 1953 in Norfolk, Virginia.  He was a graduate of Maury High School in Norfolk, Virginia and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.  Mr. Hoffman was retired after 25 years of service with the Dothan Police Department and was a member of the Dothan First Church of the Nazarene.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Williamson Hoffman.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Annette Deos Hoffman, Dothan; 1 son, 1 sister and a niece.
