Terry L. Mathis, SR, 50, of Webb, Alabama, died Friday May 24, 2013 at his residence.

The family desired Cremation with A Celebration of his life Visitation to be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home and at other times the family will be at their respective homes.

Born in Dallas Texas, Terry was a son of Joy Carolyn Parker Mathis and the late Alex Don Mathis. He was a carpenter engaged in the homebuilding industry.

In addition to his mother he is survived by three sons, Morris Scott Mathis, Ashford, AL, Victor Lee Garrett & Terry Lee Mathis, JR. both of Dothan, AL; two brothers, Gary Vanalex Mathis, Ozark, AL and Alex Don Mathis, JR, Skipperville, AL; a sister Saundra Leah Nelson, Eufaula, AL; Several nieces and Nephews.
