Mr. Thomas L. Gray of Dothan passed away from a courageous battle of cancer on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was 86.

 

Mr. Thomas was a very hard working man who worked all his life from the cotton fields to the chicken plants. He was also a Polio survivor since he was diagnosed at the age of 2.

 

Mr. Thomas was very much loved by his family, especially his children. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Tavie Gray; three brothers; two sisters.

 

Survivors include his two daughters, Glenda (Jim Wayne)Harbuck, and Angelita (Marcus) Mercer; two sons, Bobby T (Tina) Gray, Sammy R. (Robin) Gray; eight grandchildren, Vickkie, Cyndi, Charlie, Bobby Thomas (Sam), Lee, Tiffany (Jason) Gray, Charles (Melinda), Tyler (Jessica); nine great-grandchildren, Devin, Nick, Amber, Abbie Grace, Jayden, Lexi, Chanse, Ansley, and Savanna

 

Memorial services will be held at Rehobeth Baptist Church on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 10 AM. with Reverend Matt Pollard officiating.
