Mr. William E. “Ed” Johnson of Dothan passed away Monday, October 28, 2013, at  Flowers Hospital. He was 87.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, October 31, 2013, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Raymond Holt and Reverend Jack Wingate officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 P.M.  Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Johnson, three brothers, three sisters, one son, and one grandson.

 

Survivors include daughter, Marilyn Guinn of Dothan; son, Danny Johnson and his wife, Nila of Webb; brother, Roger Johnson and his wife, Geraldine of Dothan; and several other family members.
