Mr. William Lewis of Dothan passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. He was 76.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rosemary Klass officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 A.M Saturday prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mr. Lewis was a devoted Christian and a member of Northview Christian Church.He was also a loving husband and a dedicated father. He worked hard for the U.S. Post Office for 38 years. William loved to deep sea fish and enjoyed playing cards and dominos.

 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wynetta Gibson Lewis; his parents, Walter and Elsie Lewis; and his son, Terry Lewis.

 

Survivors include his five children, one sister and two brothers.
