Mr. Winder Bostic, age 74, of Cottonwood, Alabama (State Line Community)  passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.


Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 12th at McKinnie Funeral Home Chapel located 5304 Bowden Hill Road in Campbellton, FL, with Evangelist Dorothy Jackson and Brother Kent Richardson officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Phillip Cemetery located at 918 Singletary Road Slocomb, AL (State Line Community) with McKinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton directing.


A public viewing will held from 1:00 to 6:00 p. m. Saturday, November 11th at McKinnie Funeral Home Chapel.


Winder Bostic was born on June 10, 1943 to Hosie Bostic, Sr. and Maggie Register in Cottonwood, Alabama.


Winder was a farmer in his earlier years. He enjoyed being outside and loved being in the presence of the large family he had with his lifelong partner (JoAnn Bostic).


He was preceded in death by His Father: Hosie Bostic; His Mother: Maggie Bostic, A Brother: Hosie (Bubba) Bostic; Two Sisters: Ruthie Mae and Annie Lois Bostic.


He leaves to mourn his passing; His Loving Wife: Martha JoAnn Bostic; His Children: Annie Lois Bostic, Constance Capehart (Tangela), Jimmy Lee Wesley, Pamela Carroll (Chris), Tawanda Wesley, Terry Lynn Westley, Winder Leon Bostic (Jennifer); His Siblings: Alvin Bostic (Alma), Annie Lee Hughes, Johnny Bostic, Mary Glanton (Jimmy), Pearl Glanton; Sister-In-Law: Helen Bostic (Bubba), and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
