Mrs. Annette B. Spurlock, longtime and native resident of the Dothan, Al area passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at her residence. She was 59.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, February 8, 2014, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Doug Seale officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 to 2 P.M. Saturday, February 8, 2014. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mrs. Spurlock was born on May 18, 1954 in Cottonwood, Al to the late Ivey Chester Benton and Lennie Virginia Hughes. She enjoyed being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

 

She is preceded in death by her sister Shirley Hutto and brother Ivey Wayne Benton.

 

Survivors include her husband, James D. Spurlock, Webb, Al; daughters, Elizabeth Ann Grigsby, Frostproof, Fl., Tammy Peters, Daleville, Al, Robbie Lynn Hobbs (Bruce), Cottonwood, Al., and Lennie Michelle Gray (Albert), Cowarts, Al.; one son, David Dewayne Broxton, Pansey, Al; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
