Mrs. Annie Ruth Ward Yeoman of Dothan passed away Friday, December 28, 2018 at the age of 93.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, December 31, 2018 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Coley M. Holloway and Scott Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 P.M. Monday, one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 2112 11^th Ave. South, Suite 520, Birmingham, AL. 35205.

Mrs. Yeoman was born February 5, 1925 to the late Dewitt Freeman and Inez Smith Freeman. She worked at Ansel for 27 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband Otis Ward (the father of her children), husband A.S. Yeoman, 1 sister and 3 brothers.

Survivors include children Barbara (Ann) Bond, Shirley Hollomon (Johnny), Otis D. Ward, Jerry Ben Ward (Sonya), 2 granddaughters Jennifer Daffron (Eric), Debra D. Adkinson, five great-grandchildren Colby, Carley, Caitlyn Adkinson, Garrett and Emily Daffron and several nieces and nephews
