Mrs. Clyde Lucille Johnson Marshall of Dothan, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at her residence. She was 90.


 


Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, April 26, 2012, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Travis Free and Marcus Murdock officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Midland City with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.


 


The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Flowers will be accepted.


 


Mrs. Marshall was born May 13, 1921, in Houston County, Alabama. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She was a dedicated Christian and was a loving and caring nurse at Flowers Hospital for over 30 years.


 


She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Lee Marshall, son, Teddy Marshall, grandson, Robert Lee Marshall, Jr., great-granddaughter, Sabina Hartley-Burke and sister, Louise Riley.


 


Survivors include daughters, Pat Carr of Rehobeth; Belita Railey of Webb; Jennifer Burke and her husband, Elton of Dothan; Brenda Eldridge and her husband, Phil of Hartford; son, Lee Ray Marshall, Sr. of Dothan; brother, Billy Ray Jordan and his wife, Carolyn of Tennessee; 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.


 


Pallbearers will be Chad Hughes, Chad Robinson, Chase Jones, Mike Kelley, William Sawyer, and Roger Hussey.
