Mrs. Deloris Ann White of Samson, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011.  She was 55.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson with Rev. Wynese Lolley officiating.  Burial will follow at Travelers Rest Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.


 


Mrs. White was born in Geneva County, AL on May 2, 1956 to Johnny and Myrtle Mullins.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall R. White and sister, Brenda Barnette.


 


She is survived by three daughters, Billie June Manning (Terry Lee) of Samson; Tracy Lyne Peebles of Enterprise and Tonya Ann Smith (William) of Clayhatchee, AL; parents, Johnny and Myrtle Mullins; two sisters, Linda Norwood and Waunda Billington; two brothers, Donnie Mullins and James Mullins; four aunts, Martha Vandergrift, Jean Bryant, all of Samson, Mattie Chamblee of Kinston and Nettie Hudson of Elba; three uncles, Eddie Roberson of Samson, Jerry Roberson of Coffee Springs and Hearlon Roberson of Gainsville, FL; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, June Nolin of Samson.
