Mrs. Frieda Wilkins of Hartford, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at her home. She was 79 years old.

She was born on August 28, 1944 to the late Herbert and Lillian Golden Fondren.

A graveside service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in the Hartford City Cemetery with Shelby Lett of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Wilkins; two sons, Scott Wilkins (Debra) of Colorado and Chris Wilkins of Crawfordville, Florida; five grandchildren, Jessica Fuller, Whitney Drewry, Tyson Wilkins, Terry Joe Wilkins, and Cole Wilkins; two great grandchildren, Raizel and Clifford; brother, Joe Fondren of Dothan; niece, Amy Lassiter; and nephew, Theron Fondren.
