Gina Carol Tipton Rindt, 27, wife of Nicholas Paul Rindt, of Beaufort, SC, passed away Friday, May 17, 2013 at her residence.


Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Clearman Chapel of Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Woodham officiating. Burial will follow in The Mount of Olives Memorial Garden Cemetery with Southern Heritage Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Thursday, prior to the services and at other times will be at the home of her parents, Bob and Mamie Tipton.


Born in Crenshaw County, Alabama, Gina was a daughter of Bob and Mamie Ruth Holmes Tipton. She served in the U.S. Marine Corps for seven years and was employed as a Certified Trainer in the Restaurant Industry. She is a member of the Women’s Marine Corp League and the   Cross Roads Baptist Church.


Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are a son, Samuel David Rindt, Beaufort, SC; a daughter, Amie LaAnn Rindt, Beaufort, SC; six brothers, Michael Ray Tipton, Dothan, Gregory Earl Tipton, Dothan, George Revis, Headland, Jim Revis, Dothan, Scooter Tipton, Cottonwood, Jason Tipton, Dothan; three sisters, JoAnn Revis, Cottonwood, Robin Arnold & Denise Tipton both of Auburn, WA; Paternal grandmother, Myrtle Ross, Maryville, TN; Father-in-law & Mother-in-law, Scott and Shirley Rindt, New Berlin, WI; two Sisters-in-law, Erin Rindt, Fort Atkinson, WI and Jennifer Rindt-Delcore, Madison, WI; two step sisters-in-law, Melissa Gaylord, Stevens Point, WI, Sara Martin, Franklin, WI; a step brother-in-law, Andy Bach, New Berlin, WI, husbands grandparents, Harvey & Joan Rindt, East Troy, WI; Alice Shumway, Brookfield, WI; Friends and classmates of  Cottonwood High School Class of 2003.
