Mrs. Helen Parker DeLoach passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was 96.


 


Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013, at the Gulfview United Methodist Church in Panama City Beach, FL with Pastor John Woodrow, and Reverends Jimmy Spikes and Jim Fillingim officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made to the Gulfview United Methodist Church Choir.


 


Mrs. DeLoach loved her church and was part of the Choir and was also involved in Mission work with her church. She worked as an Jet Engine Mechanic for the Government and loved motorcycles. She had one with a sidecar that her children would ride in with her. She worked for the Association of Mentally Challenged Citizens.  She was also a member of  NARFE.


 


She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kewell DeLoach and son, Teddy DeLoach.


 


She is survived by her children, Joan DeLoach of Dothan; Darlene Prickett of Headland; Jimmy DeLoach of Franklin, GA; Bobby DeLoach of Albany, GA; eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
