Mrs. Jewell Harden Johnson of Dothan passed away Friday, March 13, 2015 at Covenant Hospice, Bay Medical Center in Panama City.  She was 90. 


Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Dr. James Newell officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing. 


Mrs. Jewell was born February 9, 1925 in Dale County to the late Eddie H. and Cora Dell Silivient Harden.  She owned and operated Superior Dry Cleaners in Dothan for many years.  She was a member of Lafayette Street United Methodist Church. 


In addition to her parents, her husband, Elmer H. Johnson Sr. preceded her in death. 


Survivors include a daughter, Betty Jane Arnold (Paul), Gulf Shores; sons: Elmer H. Johnson Jr.(Linda), Slocomb and Randall Johnson (Mary Jo), Panama City, FL; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
