A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
Judy was born to the late Felix Lee and Hazel Estelle Allen Herrington on September 8, 1943, in Blakely, Georgia. She was a License Practical Nurse for thirty years. Judy worked at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital for many years before retiring as a LPN at Regional Youth Development Center in Blakely, Georgia. She enjoyed traveling and searching for the ultimate pair of shoes, while preparing for a trip you could always bet if she didn’t buy anything else, she was going to purchase a new pair of shoes. Judy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-eight years, Jim Bozeman, a brother, Oscar Herrington; and a sister, Barbara Mitchell.
Left to cherish her memories is a daughter, Lea Estelle Martin, two granddaughters, Meredith Humphries (Logan), and Madison Martin (Bryce Knowles); three special friends, Cathy Segelman, Mary Cinque, and Patty Crooke; along with numerous nieces, nephews, many friends, and her K-9, Rowdy.
