Mrs. Lilly Jean Clearman, a resident of Westside Terrace, Dothan AL, departed the earth to be united with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

Jean was born March 12, 1929 in Kennedy, AL and later lived in Birmingham, Midland City, and Dothan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Benjamin Crowley and Ada Lee Crowley, a number of siblings, and her loving husband of 60 years, Winston Brooks Clearman. She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon (Tim) Ringo, Marietta GA, and Juanice (Ray) Harrison, Dothan AL; seven grandchildren, Alan (Angel) Watts, Kyndall (James) Naylor, Jason (Jonie) Nixon, Jamie (Lydia) Nixon, Heidi (George) McClintock, Holli (Chris) Closson, and Ed Harrison; eleven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Sanders officiating and Rev. Tim Willis providing special music. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 3-4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
